The registration fee is CDN $125 for graduate students and CDN $225 for all other participants, if paid by July 1, 2013. After July 1, 2013, the registration fee is CDN $150 for graduate students and CDN $250 for all other participants.

The registration fee includes the welcome reception, conference materials, conference proceedings, coffee breaks and lunches for four days. For each accompanying person who would like to have lunches on campus with the conference group, there will be a fee of CDN $75.

On July 25th, Thursday night, there will be a conference banquet. It is CDN $35 per person.

We are also working on some other social events. We will post details closer to the conference date.

Funding

Limited travel support to attend the conference is available for students and recent PhD graduates through funding provided by the Fields Institute and the US National Science Foundation (the latter for US-based researchers). Please apply by following the link below which accepts applications for both NSF and Fields funding. The deadline to apply for funding is May 23, 2013.
